About Sarah
 Sarah Varela was taught Reiki Jin Kei Do in March 1998 by Reiki Master Faye Wenke in Sydney, Australia. Sarah has also since learnt Reiki II and levels I and II of the Buddho EnerSense System of Healing. She has been initiated as a Reiki Master and has organised several workshops for Faye.
Sarah uses Reiki daily on herself, her husband Anthony (who also learnt with Faye in 1998) and on her three sons Harry, Jonah and Luke. Sarah runs her busy Reiki clinic from home in Colchester.
As well as a mother and Reiki Master, Sarah is also a health journalist and writes for a number of national magazines including Cosmopolitan, Psychologies and Easy Living. She has a passionate interest in natural health and healing and strives to live her practice.
